SofaChurch:Sundays

Hi all

Our SofaChurch:Sundays plans kick off this Sunday for anyone who's free.

We're awaiting permission to meet up in the SofaChurch room for future outings, so for this time we'll meet up at our house (email us if you don't have the address) between 2 and 2.15pm. We'll decide on the day what we fancy doing, as the weather might influence our plans.

Spread the word, and hope to see you all then for a companionable and joyful (if not terribly peaceful) Sunday afternoon.

Super. It will be me and the two younger children as eldest is at a friend's birthday party that afternoon.

Looking forward to it already, whatever we do!

Sounds fab, but sadly we won't be able to join you on this occasion as its our Sam's 16th birthday. Hope you all have a great time though.

From chatting to a few folk about this, it seems that Sundays can be one of the few times that families get time to themselves, which is obviously really important. So just to emphasise that this is very much an optional, 'when you feel like it' kind of gathering.

I've never really been one of those people with a bursting diary (thankfully) so am really keen to see more of SC folk, but I completely understand that the numbers may be consistently low for this particular get together.

That said, it is quality and not quantity that counts, and (no pressure here, kids) I personally can't wait for the chance to spend more time with the very yummy P trio... ;o)
